I filmed myself doing acupuncture to treat my headache. I wanted people to think " Acupuncture is safe and effective, if the practitioner himself is doing it!" I often treat my headache with acupuncture and cupping.
All the point names are shown in Chinese/Japanese characters too. If my teachers kindly watch the video, they will be able to understand easily. I learned some of my techniques from Chinese and Japanese SENSEIs.
I hope more people rely on the traditional Chinese medicine such as acupuncture along with the conventional medicine in the future.
