I discovered we had collected so many running books from Library. Basically, I jog every morning. And my son and wife run every evening.
I run happily and slowly, however, my son pursues the speed. Just jogging is too boring for him.
These books tell about the correct running form, stretching before and after , injury prevention, fun facts and more. Of course, we didn’t read from corner to corner. Just having as the reference is encouraging.
